Yeah, I’ve been pretty impressed with it, too. The flickr plugin’s really slick too.
Somewhat related, I’ve been working on a Folder Action script that will convert a dropped Quicktime file to FLV and upload to a video folder for the Lisa and Lila collective.
That’d be nice. We made a brief attempt at using FFmpeg to do the conversions server side on upload; but in the meantime it’s come down to just me doing it all by hand in quicktime & Riva http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder
I was suprised to see that quicktime export commands aren’t even available in automator, although I haven’t tried much of anything with that app.
That’s exactly where I’m at, trying to use an automator workflow to watch a folder, run any dropped files through ffmpeg and upload up through to wordpress. I’ve got most everything working when I manually run the workflow, but can’t get the folder actions to fire, keep getting a weird null applescript error.

We’re using that flash video player on Emericaskate.com (http://emericaskate.com/features/video/stay-gold-tour-video/), couldn’t have asked for a simpler setup.
