We made a brief attempt at using FFmpeg to do the conversions server side on upload; but in the meantime it's come down to just me doing it all by hand in quicktime & Riva <a href="http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder" rel="nofollow">http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder</a> </p><p>I was suprised to see that quicktime export commands aren't even available in automator, although I haven't tried much of anything with that app.</p> That’d be nice.
